Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which employs industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit) and row-level security policies. We implement access controls to ensure only authorized personnel can access your information. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We retain your account and shipment data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Shipment records are kept for a minimum of 7 years to comply with Bahamian commercial record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
